What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
What is the status of my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Standard shipping is 3-5 days. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States.
How much is shipping?
We provide free shipping for orders over $50. Standard domestic shipping on orders under $50 is a flat rate of $3.95 or $6.95, depending on weight.
What is your return policy?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging including the exterior shrink wrap, and have no visible signs of wear or use.
Shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded and you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and do not offer exchanges or store credit at this time. To request a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
