Orders 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

What is the status of my order?
Standard shipping for orders is 3-7 days. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Send a note to hello@letspuzz.com as quickly as possibly with your order number in the subject line and we'll do our best to take care of you.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout the United States.

How much is shipping?
We provide free shipping for orders over $50. Standard domestic shipping on orders under $50 is a flat rate of $6.95 (and up to $9.95 for large orders). 

What is your return policy?
We have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging including the exterior shrink wrap, and have no visible signs of wear or use. 

Shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded and you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and do not offer exchanges or store credit at this time. To request a return, email hello@letspuzz.com. 

What if my puzzle is damaged?
We take extra care to get your puzzles delivered in perfect condition. Unfortunately, puzzle boxes are sometimes damaged during shipping. If there's anything wrong with your puzzle, please email hello@letspuzz.com so we can make it right. 

What do I do if a piece is missing?
Don't panic! We haven't had this happen, but should you find yourself with a missing piece, just send us an email and we'll make sure you get a replacement piece.
